These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and digital products offered are Digital Calendars with seasonal themes, Progress Tracker to monitor goals and achievements and Worksheets for kids and adults (“Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. 

These Terms constitute the agreement (the “Agreement”) between Printables by Nandini and the user (“User”, “you”, “your”). Your use of the Printables by Nandini platform’s services is subject to the following terms and conditions. 

This agreement provides the terms and conditions for use of the platform’s services.

1. Overview
This website is operated by Printables by Nandini, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Printables by Nandini. Printables by Nandini offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting the website and/or purchasing something from the website, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility 
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this website. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these criteria and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. 

3. Product Type, Nature and Delivery
Printables by Nandini specializes in digital products delivered in PDF format. All products offered through our platform are: 

  • Digital Calendars: Yearly, monthly, and bimonthly planners with seasonal themes.
  • Progress Trackers: Tools to monitor goals and achievements. 
  • Worksheets: Educational and organizational sheets for Kids and Adults.
  • The nature of the product is digital only. We do not ship or mail physical items.
  • The products are available for immediate download after completion of the transaction successfully. Upon successful completion of payment, customers will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and/or via email.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to download the product and securely store it.
  • Each product purchase allows for a maximum of two (2) downloads per item.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of downloaded files after delivery, including due to system or storage issues on your device. 

4. License and Permitted Use
All products sold on our website are licensed for personal use only, not sold for ownership. When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the file for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. 

  • Permitted Use:
    • Printing the digital files for use, at home or at a local print shop.
    • Using the PDF files on compatible digital devices such as iPads, tablets, laptop or smartphones via PDF reader or note taking apps. 
  •  Prohibited Use:
    • Reproducing, modifying, or altering the designs for resale or commercial distribution.
    • Sharing, sublicensing or gifting the digital files to others, either digitally or in printed form.
    • Uploading our products or any part thereof to third-party websites, file-sharing platforms, or marketplaces.
    • Using the digital content to create derivative works, branding elements, or any materials used for business or promotional purposes. 

Violation of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims. 

5. Order Processing, payments and access
Orders are processed securely through our online payment gateway. We accept major debit and credit cards and possibly third-party payment platforms (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) as integrated on our site. 

  • Upon payment completion
    • Your order will be acknowledged via email.
    • Download links will be made immediately available.
    • Each purchase grants you two download attempts per file. 
  • You are solely responsible for 
    • Ensuring accurate and current billing information.
    • Maintaining a working email address for order delivery and correspondence. 
  • We shall reserve the right to
    • Refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing/availability errors.
    • Modify product pricing, offers or descriptions at any time without prior notice. 

If your download link expires or malfunctions due to technical issues, you may contact us with proof of purchase for assistance, subject to review and discretion.

6. Website Use and User Responsibilities
By using our website, you agree not to 

  • Engage in activities that could damage, overburden, or impair the proper operation of our site.
  • Interfere with the security of the website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • File structure and design arrangements.
  • You may not claim authorship or credit for our designs, copy, modify, reproduce, or repurpose for public or private use.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials from our website is a direct violation of copyright law and may result in legal action. 

8. Service availability and limitations
We aim to maintain uninterrupted access to our website and download services. However, we cannot guarantee: 

  • Continues website availability.
  • Error- free or secure access at all times.
  • That files will be compatible with all software or devices. 

Temporary interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, server downtime, technical issues, or updates.
